Shipping policy

All orders are processed on the next business day. Most orders ship within 24–48 business hours after processing.

Orders containing custom tuning may require an additional 1–3 business days to complete before shipment.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard delivery typically takes 4–8 business days after shipment. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and many Canadian locations may require an additional shipping charge. If extra postage is required, we’ll contact you after your order is placed.

For shipping outside the United States or Canada, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and provide a shipping quote.
