Return and Refund Policy
Hardware returns — 30 days
You have 30 days after receiving your hardware to request a return.
To qualify, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging, accessories, and any included tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Physical tuning devices must not have been activated, registered to a vehicle, or used to program a vehicle to qualify for a change-of-mind return.
Tunes, tuning licenses, and digital products
Tunes are non-refundable once activated or used. This applies to EZ Lynk, EFI Live, and all other tuning platforms, including engine tunes, transmission tunes, and tuning supplied with a hardware package.
A tune or tuning license is considered activated or used once it has been activated for a vehicle, redeemed, or used to flash or program a vehicle.
Returning a vehicle to stock, removing a tune, or resetting a device does not make a used tune or redeemed license eligible for a refund.
Please confirm your vehicle information and product compatibility before activating or using your tuning purchase. If you are unsure, contact us at info@unlimiteddiesels.com before proceeding.
Packages containing hardware and tunes
Hardware and tuning are evaluated separately.
Eligible, unused hardware may qualify for a return within the 30-day window. Activated or used tunes and tuning licenses remain non-refundable, even if other items from the package are returned.
We will confirm the eligible items and proposed refund amount before you send anything back.
How to request a return
Email info@unlimiteddiesels.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for your request.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions explaining where and how to send your package.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unapproved returns are not accepted under our voluntary return policy.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not working as described.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution. The change-of-mind restrictions above do not remove any rights you have concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied products.
Other non-returnable items
Custom-made or personalized products, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.
Exchanges
Contact us before returning an item for an exchange. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the replacement product.
Refund processing
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Consumer rights and European Union orders
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Where EU withdrawal rights apply, customers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to cancel an online purchase, subject to applicable exceptions. Different rules apply to digital content and services. Starting digital delivery does not automatically remove withdrawal rights; any legally required express consent and acknowledgment must first be obtained
