1. Store operator and eligibility
This website is operated by Unlimited Diesels. “Unlimited Diesels,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operator. “You” and “your” refer to the site visitor, purchaser, recipient, installer, or user, as applicable.
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, payment, vehicle, and product-use information. You may not use the site or products for an illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
2. Related policies and order-specific terms
These Terms incorporate our Legal and Product Notices, Refund Policy, applicable Privacy Policy, product-page disclosures, checkout acknowledgments, written quotes, and manufacturer terms. Product-specific terms control over a general statement when they directly conflict.
3. Products, legal use, and emissions compliance
You are responsible for confirming that a product may lawfully be purchased, shipped, imported, installed, configured, and used for your exact vehicle, engine, location, and intended purpose. Federal, state, provincial, territorial, local, inspection, registration, sanctioning-body, and other rules may apply.
Federal law may prohibit tampering with required emissions controls and the manufacture, sale, offer for sale, or installation of aftermarket defeat devices. Labeling a product for “off-road,” “race,” “competition,” or “export” use does not by itself make an otherwise prohibited transaction or use legal. Do not purchase or use a product to defeat required emissions controls, onboard diagnostics, or inspections.
We may request information or documentation about the vehicle and intended use. We may refuse service, restrict support, cancel an order, or issue a refund when required for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, product restrictions, or business risk.
4. Product information and availability
We try to present accurate titles, descriptions, images, specifications, prices, inventory, compatibility, and delivery estimates. Errors, manufacturer changes, substitutions, delays, and display differences can occur. Photos may include optional or separately sold items. We may correct information, limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel and refund an affected order.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation only acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance, inventory, fitment approval, or shipment. We accept an order when we approve and begin fulfillment, subject to applicable law.
5. Fitment and information you provide
Fitment can depend on model year, build date, engine, emissions family, drivetrain, transmission, cab/chassis, wheelbase, VIN, ECU strategy, device serial number, existing modifications, and selected options. Selectors, filters, recommendations, year ranges, and VIN decoding are aids and are not guarantees.
You must verify the product and provide complete, correct information before fulfillment and again before opening, flashing, modifying, or installing it. Incorrect or missing information can delay an order, require different parts or fees, make a digital item unusable, or affect return eligibility. If you approve manual VIN review and the VIN is incorrect, your order may be delayed while we contact you.
6. Prices, taxes, payment, and fraud review
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, brokerage, import fees, shipping, and other charges may apply. You are responsible for charges not collected at checkout unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the submitted payment method for the order and approved adjustments. Orders may be held, verified, limited, or canceled for payment failure, suspected fraud, chargeback risk, identity concerns, address mismatch, pricing error, or unavailable inventory.
7. Shipping, delivery, and inspection
Processing and transit estimates are not guarantees. Custom tuning, VIN-specific items, special orders, backorders, manual reviews, weekends, holidays, weather, customs, and carrier events may add time. A shipping label does not necessarily mean the carrier has received the package.
You are responsible for a complete deliverable address and timely response to carrier or customs requests. Inspect the package promptly. Report visible damage, missing pieces, or an incorrect item with the order number, packaging photos, shipping-label photos, and product photos before installation. Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law; nothing here removes carrier claims or consumer rights that cannot be waived.
8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after processing, procurement, custom work, license issuance, tune creation, or shipment begins. Return eligibility, authorization requirements, condition standards, exclusions, fees, and remedies are described in the Refund Policy.
VIN-matched items, custom tunes, downloaded or activated software, licenses, unlocks, credits, electrical items, opened or installed parts, special orders, and used goods may be nonreturnable to the extent disclosed before purchase and permitted by law. Do not send anything back without authorization.
9. Tuners, tune files, unlocks, and digital services
Digital products may be licensed rather than sold and may be tied to one VIN, device, account, strategy, or vehicle. Manufacturer or service-provider license terms also apply. You may not copy, share, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute, bypass protections, or use files or credits on an unauthorized vehicle or device.
You are responsible for stable battery voltage, compatible hardware and software, reliable connectivity where required, backups where supported, and following all flashing instructions. Third-party updates, servers, subscriptions, or manufacturer changes may affect compatibility or continued access and may require additional purchases.
10. Installation, operation, and assumption of risk
Professional installation and pre-installation diagnosis are strongly recommended. Performance products can change vehicle power, torque, temperatures, drivability, noise, reliability, warranty coverage, and component life. Do not install a mismatched part, ignore a warning, exceed ratings, defeat safety equipment, or operate an unsafe vehicle.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, you accept the ordinary and disclosed risks of selecting, installing, configuring, and operating performance products. Detailed safety and product disclosures appear on the Legal page.
11. Warranties
Any written warranty is the product-specific warranty displayed or made available before purchase or supplied by the identified manufacturer or warrantor. Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, claim procedure, and remedy vary by product. Contact us for the applicable terms before purchase if they are not available on the product page.
Except for an express written warranty and to the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms disclaims, shortens, or limits an implied warranty, statutory guarantee, or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be disclaimed, shortened, or limited.
12. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlimited Diesels and its owners, personnel, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, loss of use, towing, storage, rental vehicle, downtime, or business interruption arising from the site, an order, a product, installation, or use.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Unlimited Diesels for the specific product or service giving rise to that claim. These limits do not apply to liability, injury, warranty rights, statutory damages, or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Unlimited Diesels harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use, material breach of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, inaccurate information, unauthorized resale, or installation or operation contrary to disclosed restrictions. This section does not require indemnification for our own negligence or conduct where prohibited by law.
14. Intellectual property and customer content
The site design, original text, graphics, code, compilations, and Unlimited Diesels branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping and business transactions with us, but may not scrape, reproduce, republish, sell, or exploit site content without permission.
If you submit a review, photo, testimonial, suggestion, or other nonconfidential content, you confirm you have the right to submit it and grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display it for store operation and marketing. We may moderate or remove content. We will handle personal information under the applicable Privacy Policy.
15. Prohibited site activity
You may not introduce malware, probe or bypass security, overload services, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, submit false information, interfere with checkout, misuse discounts, commit payment fraud, infringe rights, harass others, or use the site to facilitate illegal conduct. We may suspend access, cancel orders, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests.
16. Third-party services and links
Shopify, payment providers, carriers, manufacturers, VIN services, software portals, social platforms, and linked websites are independent third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their independent acts, content, outages, security, eligibility decisions, or policy changes, except where the law makes us responsible.
17. Privacy
Our applicable Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, and retained. Vehicle details and VINs may be shared with lookup, fulfillment, tuning, fraud-prevention, and support providers as needed to complete the requested service. 18. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access and refuse or cancel transactions for a material breach, unlawful conduct, threats, abuse, fraud, security risk, product restriction, or other legitimate business reason, subject to applicable law. Obligations that by their nature should survive—such as payment, intellectual property, liability limits, and dispute provisions—continue after termination.
19. Disputes and governing rules
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Unlimited Diesels at its principal place of business and to your transaction, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in your home jurisdiction. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive a right to participate in a class action unless you separately agree in writing.
20. Changes, severability, and entire agreement
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. The version in effect when an order is accepted generally governs that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. Continued site use after an update means the updated Terms apply to later use.
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary and the rest will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies are the agreement about site use and store transactions, except for a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative.
